My design principle is to create furniture that is easily assembled and modified by users. To achieve this goal, I pursue smart connections between parts without using glue or any other permanent connections. I want the users to find joy and ease in the process of assembling their new piece of furniture without worrying about technical tools. I want them to always have a "play-with-LEGOs" kind of moment with their own furniture. Additionally, because the part connections are not permanent, the piece is easily customizable and modifiable over time. That means every time a user looks at their furniture, they could see something very personal, yet new and refreshing.
